Privacy Policy
MENVO TT, operated by IROCA LLC, is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses the Platform. Our full Privacy Policy — covering all the data we collect and how it's used — is still being finalized. The sections below describe how we specifically handle location and address data, since those features are already part of the Platform today.
Location Data
With your permission, MENVO TT may access your device's precise location — for example, when you tap “Use my current location” while setting an address — to help you find nearby stores, set a delivery address, or confirm a pickup point. You can always search for or manually place an address instead; we never require precise location to use the Platform. We also store approximate location information, such as the city or area associated with a saved address, even when precise location isn't used.
Saved Addresses
If you save one or more delivery addresses, we store the address text, coordinates, and any delivery instructions you provide. These are visible only to you. A store only sees the specific delivery address tied to an order you place with them, and that address is a snapshot taken at checkout — not live access to your saved address book, which stays private even after you've ordered from a store before.
Store Locations
Store owners may set a public location for their store so buyers can find it and so delivery-radius checks work correctly. Store owners can choose whether the exact address is shown publicly or only the general city or area.
Google Maps & Places
We use Google Maps, Places, and Geocoding services to power address search, maps, and location lookup. When you use these features, relevant data — such as your search text or coordinates — is sent to Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not collect your location in the background, and we do not use your location for advertising.
